The ICCONS GTIXF-160C is a gas powered fastening tool made for one job: driving pre-assembled insulation fasteners into concrete. It is the tool the ballistic point insulation fastener range was designed around.
Why gas instead of a hammer drill
Fixing rigid board to a concrete soffit with drilled anchors is slow, dusty and hard on the arms overhead. A gas tool is a single action per fixing, with no cord, no compressor and no hose to drag. On a large ceiling or facade the labour difference is the entire business case for the tool.
Built for site
ICCONS developed it over two years of testing for mining and construction conditions, and it carries integrated safety mechanisms including an anti-jam feature. It runs on the ICCONS Extreme fuel cell.

A GT-IXF fuel cell and the ballistic point insulation fasteners sized to your board thickness.
