How your order reaches you
Where we deliver
We deliver to Victoria, New South Wales and the ACT. Inside a 50 km radius of our Epping warehouse, delivery is free on every order with no minimum spend. Past that radius the rate is a flat $55 per order. Enter your address at checkout and the options appear straight away, with the free delivery line shown next to the standard $55 rate when you qualify. We are not delivering to the other states at the moment.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are processed the same day, and we do our best to get most items out on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched we send confirmation and, where available, tracking. Allow 1 to 3 business days after dispatch for metro addresses.
Bulky and oversized items
Insulation is light but bulky, so larger orders go via freight. For big or commercial quantities, contact us for a freight quote before ordering so we can arrange the best delivery for your job.
Local pickup
Local pickup from Epping, Victoria may be available by arrangement. Get in touch before you order so we can confirm availability and a pickup time that suits.
