Shipping policy

AWBM delivers insulation and building materials Australia-wide.

 

Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

 

Delivery: We ship to metro and most regional areas across Australia. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and order size.

 

Bulky & freight items: Insulation is light but bulky, so larger orders are sent via freight. For large or commercial quantities, please contact us for a freight quote before ordering.

 

Local pickup: Pickup from Epping, Victoria may be available by arrangement — contact us to organise a time.

 

Damaged in transit: Please inspect your delivery on arrival and contact us within 7 days with photos if anything arrives damaged, and we will make it right.
