Bradford Ashgrid is a modular roof spacer system for commercial and industrial metal roofing, supplied in kits by bracket height.

What a spacer system is actually for

It holds the roof sheet up off the purlin so the insulation blanket underneath keeps its full design thickness across the support. Insulation crushed at every purlin is where a large share of the heat crosses a commercial metal roof, and no increase in blanket thickness fixes a compression problem. The bracket height is chosen from the blanket, which is why the kits are listed by height.

Cyclonic rated

Ashgrid is rated for both non-cyclonic and cyclonic regions, which on a commercial roof in northern Australia narrows the field considerably.

Built for speed on a big roof

Modules come with screws already fitted in the brackets, and Safe-Loc spigots align the runs and carry load continuously from module to module. On a large roof, straight stable runs and fewer loose fasteners is the difference between a system that goes down quickly and one that fights you.

Ordering

Sold by the carton, in bracket heights from 60 mm up. Match the height to the blanket thickness rather than the roof pitch. All options and CSR product codes are in the table below.
