Bradford Acoustigard partition roll at 11 kg/m³, the lightest density in the Acoustigard range. Non-combustible glasswool supplied in rolls for commercial partition walls.
Density first, thickness second
A tested partition system names the density it was built with. 11 kg/m³ is the lightest of the three Acoustigard grades, with 14 and 24 kg/m³ above it. Order the density the report names rather than matching on R-value.
Sizes
Five rolls: 75 mm at R1.7 in 600 mm covering 16.2 m² and 450 mm covering 18.23 m², 110 mm at R2.5 in 600 mm covering 9.72 m², and 165 mm at R3.5 in 600 mm covering 6.48 m² and 450 mm covering 7.29 m². The narrower roll covers more per roll because it is longer, so compare the square metre figure rather than the width.
Why a roll
Long partition runs go faster off a roll than out of a pack, and you cut to length as you go rather than working to a fixed batt height. It also cuts offcut waste on walls that are not a standard height.

Friction fit into the cavity, touching the frame on all four sides, no gaps at the edges.
