ProctorWrap RW is a vapour permeable residential wall wrap from Proctor Group, stocked in four roll sizes: 1500 x 30 m covering 45 m², 1500 x 50 m covering 75 m², 1750 x 25 m covering 68.75 m², and 3000 x 30 m covering 90 m².
The wide roll is worth considering
Every horizontal join in a wall wrap has to be lapped and taped properly to keep working. The 3000 mm roll runs a full storey height in one piece and removes that line entirely, which on a two storey house is a real saving in both time and risk.
Residential or commercial
RW is the residential grade. For commercial work, ProctorWrap CW is the heavier specification with published system R-values.
On site
Tape the joins and seal the penetrations, or the wrap is not a weather barrier. Get the cladding on reasonably promptly rather than leaving the wrap exposed for months.
