Bradford Thermoseal Wall Breather Class 4 is the unusual one in the Thermoseal range: a reflective foil faced wrap that is also Class 4 vapour permeable. Light duty reinforced laminate, made for brick veneer walls.
Reflective and breathable at once
Most wraps make you choose. A foil wrap gives you a radiant heat barrier but holds vapour in. A spun bond breather lets vapour out but does nothing radiant. This one does both jobs: the foil faces the air gap and reflects, while the Class 4 permeability lets water vapour escape rather than accumulating in the wall. In a brick veneer wall, where the cavity behind the brick is exactly where moisture likes to sit, that combination is the point. Condensation and what NCC 2022 asks for covers why permeability moved up the priority list.
Two products, four rolls
Thermoplast Class 4 and Thermoseal, each in 1350 mm x 30 m covering 40.5 m² and 1350 mm x 60 m covering 81 m².

Keep the air gap in front of the foil, or the reflective half of the product stops contributing. Suitable for BAL 12.5 through to Flame Zone when installed to specification.
