Bradford Thermoseal Resiwrap is the extra heavy duty wall wrap in the Thermoseal family, built for high wind and harsh weather sites.
When toughness is the deciding factor
Wall wrap fails on site more often than it fails in service. It gets torn during framing, flogged by wind before the cladding goes on, or punctured by a trade working past it. On an exposed site, or where the frame will stand wrapped for weeks before cladding, the extra duty rating is worth more than any difference in the thermal figures.
Reflective face inward
The reflective surface faces inward on this one and works against the air gap behind the cladding. It is also a vapour barrier, so check that a barrier is what your wall build-up wants before specifying it.
Sizes
1350 mm x 30 m covering 40.5 m², 1350 mm x 60 m covering 81 m² and 1500 mm x 30 m covering 45 m². On a big job the 60 m roll means fewer joins, and every join is a place to tape.
On site
Tape the joins, seal the penetrations, keep the air gap. Suitable for BAL 12.5 through to Flame Zone.
