Bradford Thermoseal foil facings are the reflective facings used to finish and face insulation across roofs, walls and service areas. Thirteen options across light, medium and heavy duty grades, in barrier and perforated acoustic versions.

Duty grade first

Light duty facings suit protected positions where nothing handles them after installation. Medium duty covers most general work. Heavy duty is for facings that get handled, walked near or left exposed. The grade is the main decision, because a facing that tears stops doing its job entirely.

Perforated or non-perforated

Non-perforated gives you a water barrier and a Class 2 vapour barrier. Perforated is acoustically transparent, so sound passes through to the absorbent material behind rather than bouncing off the facing. Where a blanket is there for acoustics, a solid facing over it cancels a good part of the effect.

Sizes

Rolls run from 1000 mm to 1500 mm wide in 30 m and 60 m lengths, covering between 40.5 m² and 81 m² depending on the option. For large scale work the same facings come in jumbo rolls up to 900 m².
