R1.5 Bradford Polymax is a 75 mm polyester wall batt. 100% thermally bonded polyester, non-irritant and low allergen, made from up to 50% recycled material.
Why polyester in a wall
Walls are the batts people handle most, and they are usually installed at chest height with the frame open. Polyester does not itch and does not need the covered-up kit, which is why owner-builders and renovators pick it. The trade-off is that the polyester sheet does not carry a non-combustibility claim, so where the specification calls for non-combustible material, use a glasswool batt instead.
Sizes
Sixteen batts per pack in two sizes at 1160 mm long: 430 mm wide covering 7.98 m² and 580 mm wide covering 10.77 m². Measure the clear cavity width before ordering.

Cuts cleanly and friction fits between the studs. Touch the frame on all four sides, no gaps, no compression.
