Check what you need before ordering
The fixing plate is listed as its own line. On a new installation you generally need both the ventilator and the plate. On a replacement where the existing plate is sound, the ventilator alone is the cheaper order. Look at what is already on the roof first.
Sizing
The 300 mm moves more air than the 250 mm. Roof space volume and the number of units are what determine the result, along with having enough inlet area at the eaves for air to enter.
