The 72 and 96 mm rolls put more tape either side of the join.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eStrength, fire and temperature\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTensile strength is 100 N\/25 mm with 25% elongation at break. Adhesion to steel is 20 N\/25 mm. The adhesive carries flame retardant additives, and THOR's May 2020 safety data sheet gives AS 1530.3 indices of 0, 0, 0 and 0 to 1. The same sheet says it is not classified as flammable but can burn, so treat those as test results, not a fire rating. THOR's temperature range is minus 15 °C up to 65 °C.
